Role Overview
We’re hiring a seasoned DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in Ansible to lead automation and configuration management initiatives. You’ll play a key role in upgrading the company’s infrastructure, aligning with strict financial compliance standards, and supporting high availability and secure environments.
Main Responsibilities
Automation & Configuration Management

Build and maintain Ansible playbooks for consistent infrastructure setup across environments.

Spearhead migration efforts from legacy tools to Ansible-based systems.

Create reusable Ansible roles, collections, and modules to enable scalable automation.

Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions to streamline and standardize deployments.

Security & Regulatory Compliance

Required Skills & Experience
Technical Expertise

5+ years in DevOps or infrastructure engineering roles.

Advanced knowledge of Ansible (including Galaxy, playbooks, modules, roles).

Strong Linux/Unix system administration experience.
-
Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell.

Experience with Git and version control platforms (GitHub, GitLab).

Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and container-based architecture.

Understanding of cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and hybrid setups.

Exposure to monitoring/logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Splunk).
Industry & Compliance

Prior work in the financial services industry is a plus.

Knowledge of regulations like SOX, SEC, FINRA.
