About the Role – DevOps Engineer (Remote)
Resonance is hiring a DevOps Engineer to help scale and maintain the complex infrastructure that powers its AI-driven fashion platform, Resonance ONE. This role involves designing and automating systems across a full-stack environment that includes AWS, Kubernetes, CI/CD, ML services, event streaming (Kafka), and data tools like Snowflake and Looker.
You’ll work closely with engineers, data scientists, and product teams to streamline deployments, improve system reliability, and support machine learning and data workflows. This is an opportunity to work on cutting-edge infrastructure while contributing to sustainable fashion solutions.
Responsibilities

Design and manage AWS cloud infrastructure with modern CI/CD tools like Argo Workflows.

Administer Kubernetes clusters and optimize container orchestration.

Build automated deployment pipelines for apps and ML models.

Set up monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure high uptime.

Support event streaming (Kafka) and analytics integration with Snowflake and Looker.

Collaborate with ML engineers to deploy models using OpenAI and other platforms.

Integrate third-party tools like Hasura and Airtable securely into workflows.

Promote DevOps best practices including GitOps, automation, and scalable systems.
Required Skills & Experience

5+ years in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering.

Strong hands-on experience with AWS services, Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.

Expertise in infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation).

Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, CloudWatch).

Understanding of security, secret management, and cloud compliance.

Experience with Kafka, data pipelines, and integrating analytics systems.

Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a remote team environment.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications

Experience working in startups or building platforms from scratch.

Familiarity with MLOps and tools like OpenAI, model serving, and monitoring.

Knowledge of GraphQL (especially Hasura), workflow tools (e.g. Argo), or serverless functions.
