About the Role:
Boeing Poland is looking for a Senior DevOps Specialist to join its Data Analytics Digital Integration team. You’ll work in a cutting-edge environment alongside data scientists, engineers, and developers to support AI/ML-driven analytics solutions. Your role will be hands-on, with full responsibility for the development, deployment, and optimization of backend systems and infrastructure supporting analytics products.
Key Responsibilities:

Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform and AWS CloudFormation

Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab
-
Set up and manage a developer portal with tools, documentation, and system health metrics
-
Deploy and manage relational databases (like RDS, Aurora)

Automate data model creation and transformation for data lakehouses
-
Use AWS CloudWatch for system monitoring, logging, and alerts
-
Continuously improve deployment pipelines for reliability and speed
Required Qualifications:
-
7+ years of relevant experience
-
Legal right to work in Poland
-
Fluent in English
-
Strong experience with AWS, especially GovCloud, and knowledge of FedRAMP, NIST, and AWS security standards

Skilled in GitLab CI/CD, Docker, and cloud-based deployments

Experience managing RDBMS solutions and integrating them with data lakes
Preferred Skills:

Expert with Terraform or CloudFormation

Experience with AWS Glue, Step Functions, and automating ETL pipelines

In-depth knowledge of IAM, KMS, encryption, and security compliance in AWS environments
