Role : AWS DevOps Lead
Location : Erie, PA (Day 1 Complete Onsite)
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in DevOps or Systems Engineering roles
- Strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell
- Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and GitLab CI
- Expertise in containerization technologies including Docker and Kubernetes
- Strong understanding of networking, security, and system administration
- Experience with automation tools such as Ansible and Terraform
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the DevOps team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
- CI/CD Management: Design, implement, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines
- Infrastructure Management: Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure and system environments
- Automation: Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve efficiency and reliability
- Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Monitor system performance, ensure high availability, and resolve production issues
- Security Integration: Embed security best practices into CI/CD and infrastructure processes
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Development, QA, and Operations teams for seamless deployments
- Documentation: Maintain detailed technical documentation of systems, processes, and configurations
