We are seeking an experienced Cloud Architect to lead cloud architecture, automation, and DevOps efforts across AWS and/or Azure environments. This role is highly technical, hands‑on, and requires deep expertise in designing, deploying, and optimizing enterprise cloud solutions in a secure federal environment.
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of IT experience, including 8+ years of hands‑on cloud engineering (AWS or Azure); strong DevOps background preferred.
- Proven experience designing and implementing cloud architectures.
- Solid understanding of FedRAMP services and secure deployment best practices.
- Experience managing AWS Public Cloud and GovCloud across multiple regions.
- Expertise with AWS Control Tower, stack sets, and multi‑account environments.
- Strong foundation in Linux and Windows systems, including troubleshooting.
- Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code and automation tools:
- Terraform, CloudFormation, Packer, PowerShell, Python.
- Demonstrated ability to manage AWS services through console and CLI (IAM, VPC, load balancers, etc.).
