DevOps Engineer_Joule for Consultants_Germany
We are seeking a skilled and motivated DevOps Engineer with experience in SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), AWS RDS, and a deep understanding of DevOps principles and APM tools. You will be responsible for managing deployments, ensuring reliability and efficiency across various cloud platforms, and working with tools like Kubernetes, Kafka, Kubeflow, AirFlow, and Data Flywheel. You will also manage and scale pipelines to support both development and the Machine Learning team. Strong knowledge of APM, traceability, and observability concepts is required. Implement security best practices across infrastructure, deployment processes, and applications, ensuring compliance with security standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications – 4+ years of experience
- Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of SAP BTP and its components.
- Experience with SAP Deploy with Confidence (DWC).
- Proficiency in DevOps strategies.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Helm.
- Landscape provisioning experience in a cloud-native manner.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
