About the Role
As a DevOps Project Manager at Kaseware, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and delivering key initiatives and implementation projects within the DevOps team. This position combines project management with technical expertise, ensuring that projects are completed on-time, within budget, and meet high-quality standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to manage all project phases, from initial development to post-launch support.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the entire project lifecycle to ensure adherence to scope, budget, and timelines.
- Collaborate with DevOps to create comprehensive project plans that align customer requirements with company objectives.
- Monitor project progress, tracking milestones and deliverables, and provide detailed status reports.
- Proactively communicate with team members to resolve issues, improve efficiency, and implement solutions.
- Review and approve changes to project plans, ensuring beneficial modifications are integrated.
- Stay updated on industry trends and customer needs to anticipate the direction of future projects.
- Work closely with the development team to prioritize and advocate for customer needs and create project roadmaps.

Required Experience
- Minimum 3 years of management experience in the IT field, with direct interaction with project management and development teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Knowledge of DevOps tools and practices is a plus.
