About the Role
The Senior Backend Developer DevOps will play a critical role in developing and maintaining DevOps components for heterogeneous solutions, ensuring high scalability, and improving processes related to CI/CD frameworks. The position involves transitioning from on-premise infrastructure to cloud-based CI/CD, with the aim of creating reusable components to monitor and control CI procedures. This role provides a unique opportunity to collaborate with international product teams, improve organizational frameworks, and solve complex customer problems, making an impact on the healthcare industry.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain DevOps components for heterogeneous solutions.
- Enhance organizational and technical scalability of processes.
- Deliver reusable application components to monitor and control CI procedures.
- Transition from on-premises infrastructure to cloud-based CI/CD solutions.
- Ensure consistency and proper usage of the framework.
- Stay current with technological evolution in CI/CD, including Application Server and Kubernetes frameworks.
- Conduct software design and architecture reviews, ensuring best practices are followed.
- Work with local and international product teams to ensure smooth integration.
- Provide 3rd-level support for complex customer issues.
- Regularly report on the status and progress of projects.
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Several years of experience as a software developer.
- Strong knowledge in at least three of the following technologies: AWS, Jenkins, GitHub, SVN, Jakarta Enterprise, Kubernetes, Docker, Java SE, Go, JBoss, Wildfly, Oracle, SQL, PL/SQL, Networking Infrastructure, Prometheus, JMeter, Grafana.
- Experience in software design, planning, and concept creation.
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
- Enthusiasm for modern technologies and continuous improvement.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cloud-based CI/CD solutions, particularly transitioning from on-prem to cloud environments.
- Familiarity with application server frameworks and Kubernetes frameworks.
- Knowledge of infrastructure tools and systems monitoring like Prometheus, JMeter, and Grafana.
